Dec 9, 2009 ¨C Days Inn China, one of the fastest growing hotel groups in China today announced the signing of a strategic cooperation with Jilin Zhongdong Group in China¡¯s Jilin province. The first project between both companies ¨C Days Hotel Zhongdong-Tonghua is located in Zhongdong New Life City Plaza. This will be the first high end hotel in Tonghua, and with it, expands Days Inn China¡¯s foot print in North Eastern China.
Zhongdong Group is a famous private company in Jilin Province. Stretching back 25-years, Zhongdong Group comprises real estate development, commercial property tenancy, financial services and estate management. Zhongdong Group is building a 90,000 meter square project named New Life City Plaza, which is a HOPSCA, comprising shopping, leisure, food & beverage, amusement, activity, travel, business, exhibition and residences. As a result, a world reknowned hotel is an integral element for the HOPSCA program.
Days Hotel Zhongdong Tonghua is designed and built to be a 4-star hotel. The opening of this first high-end hotel in Tonghua will bring with it a new hotel management model, premier service and upmarket recreation place for Tonghua. The cooperation between Days Inn China and Zhongdong Group will meet customers¡¯ demand and create a new lifestyle for Tonghua by enhancing New Life City Plaza¡¯s comprehensive advantages.
